VISIT OF STAKE HOLDERS TO DCK – UNFOLDING OF REINVIGORATED DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY

Several prominent healthcare, education, and recreational institutions, as well as leading organizations in housing, development, and real estate, have expressed keen interest in DCK. Delegations from Dow University of Health Sciences, IBA (Institute of Business Administration), ABAD (Association of Builders and Developers of Pakistan), and DEFCLAREA visited DCK and had a productive and engaging experience.

Project Director DCK, Brigadier (Retired) Muhammad Rafique, provided the delegations with insights into the effectiveness of the development strategy and ongoing works in DHA City. He highlighted that the presence of world-renowned institutions like IBA and DUHS, as well as the renewed interest shown by ABAD and DEFCLAREA in DCK, is a clear endorsement of the project. During the visit, PD DCK made a series of strategic announcements, including plans to make two additional DCK sectors livable in the near future, the establishment of a Design Studio, the initiation of various remarkable projects of public importance, and several tangible concessions in Farm House installment plans.
